Juhola continues to grow

Juhola Asset Management has signed a managing assignment with Brunswick Real Estate. The assignment includes all the management assignments of the three office properties in Espoo recently acquired by the real estate company Kielo, which is managed by Brunswick Real Estate.

In September, Kielo acquired the properties Quartetto Intermezzo and Piispankalliontie 13 from OP Life Assurance Company Ltd.

Intermezzo, built in 2012 and located in Leppävaara, Espoo, is part of the Quartetto Business Park entity. Piispankalliontie 13 is a single office property built in 2002 and located in Piispankylä, Espoo. There is a total of approximately 11,000 square metres of office space in the properties. In December, Kielo acquired an office property located at Säterinkatu 6 in Leppävaara, Espoo, from a fund managed by Savills IM. This property, built in 2001 and located in Leppävaara, is connected to Quartetto Intermezzo by bridge. There is a total of approximately 6,300 square metres of modern office space in the property. Juhola manages all the properties.
